David has built a solid track record of developing research-based, market-focused solutions to solve strategic problems for RTi’s clients.

As an owner and principal of RTi, David sets the strategic vision for the company and leads the highly talented staff to achieve both company and personal goals. A key priority is ensuring that the firm lives and breathes its overarching partnership-based business philosophy: Know. Act. Succeed. Also integral is maintaining an environment where top-notch research, unparalleled client service, and a commitment to innovation is both expected and rewarded. Under David’s leadership, the firm has grown to become one of the top 50 research companies in the U.S.

David is a regular CASRO University instructor and past chair of CASRO’s Annual Conference.

David began his career at Xerox where, with an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business (University of Rochester) and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, he joined the company’s army of financial analysts. David moved up through sales and marketing positions before leaving for RTi and the world of market research.
