Rick has over 30 years of broad-based marketing and marketing research background built through nearly 25 years of corporate marketing and marketing research experience at General Mills and Borden Inc. Rick both established and managed the marketing research and marketing services functions. He has been instrumental in the development and introduction of several new products and the repositioning of many other brands.
Since joining RTi in 1998, Rick has consulted with a number of clients on strategic marketing and marketing research initiatives, as well as brand equity assessment and expansion. On several occasions, he has been asked to serve as his client’s Marketing Research Department or business partner liaison while they were experiencing associate turnover.
Rick is an executive member of the American Marketing Association, a past trustee with the Marketing Science Institute, and was a guest lecturer in the MBA program at The Ohio State University for more than 10 years. Rick holds a BA in Biological Science and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Indiana University.
