John leads a team of research professionals solely dedicated to research for financial services clients. He has particular expertise in the consumer finance, insurance, and investment/wealth management categories.
As a hands-on leader of RTi’s Financial Services Practice, John personally consults with a broad spectrum of financial institutions, helping them reach their objectives through effective use of marketing research. John’s counsel on new product development and brand strategy is especially valued and sought after.
Since joining RTi in 1995, John has worked with many leading financial institutions. John has been a conference speaker for LIMRA (the Life Insurance Market Research Association) and has conducted on-site seminars in research design and strategy for a number of client companies. Prior to RTi, John held positions of increasing responsibility in commercial finance and equity research.
