Senior Project Director

Job Description:

We’re looking for a quantitatively-minded Senior Project Director with 5 or more years of supplier side custom research experience.  At RTi, Senior Project Directors are an important member of the project team and work in a collaborative environment to design, execute, and analyze market research projects across a range of industries.  

This job opening is due to company growth and will support a set of clients in the consumer products and clothing categories. Projects are diverse in nature, the heaviest concentration being product testing (HUTs) and concept optimization, but also include messaging/claims, pricing, A&U/market exploration, and anything else our clients need to know.

Working independently, but collaborating with your manager and team members, your day-to-day responsibilities will include all aspects of designing, managing, analyzing, reporting, and presenting custom research projects.  The successful candidate will have relevant prior experience doing the same.  This is a fast paced “doer” position with lots of potential to learn and grow.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate…

• Has 5 or more years of supplier side custom research experience
• Has experience with product testing and with choice-based research solutions
• Has experience and can demonstrate drawing meaningful insights from data
• Has strong communication skills, which includes being an excellent writer
• Is a pro with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
• Is detail oriented
• Is organized and able to multi-task
• Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing client priorities
• Has “figure-it-out-ability” and a desire to learn and grow

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business Analytics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or other related field.
